While subscribed, you can add as many design or frontend requests as you like. They will be delivered to you one by one.

Your request will be completed one by one. Most of them take two days or less. More complex request may take longer.

We recognize that you might not always have a full month's worth of requests. For instance, you might currently only have one or two requests. This is where the option to pause your subscription becomes valuable.

Our billing cycles operate on a 30-day basis. Suppose you subscribe and utilize our service for 20 days and then opt to pause your subscription. In that case, your billing cycle will be temporarily halted, leaving you with 10 unused days of service that you can use at your convenience in the future.

WORQROOM is a two man operation so your requests will be fullfilled only by us Jonas & Cheng, the two founders of WORQROOM.

Most designs are made in Figma. These designs are then of course available to you in Figma as well.

We code in React and React Native.

We provide a wide range of options for you to request work through Trello. Clients commonly make requests by either using Trello directly, sharing Google documents or wireframes, or even creating a brief Loom video if they prefer not to write out their requests. Essentially, if it can be linked to or shared within Trello, it's a suitable method for requesting designs.

It doesn't matter if its a a design or a frontend code we wrote. We revise it until you are 100% satisfid with the result.

Yes, we exclude the following types of design work: 3D modeling, animated graphics (such as GIFs), document design (including medical forms), intricate packaging, and comprehensive print design (such as magazines and books).

Frontend work: anything which we can't program using React/React Native.

Certainly. Not a problem. You have the option to pause your subscription once your current needs are met and resume it whenever you have more requirements and request. You don't need to let the remaining subscription time go unused.
